Pin type coupling is a type of mechanical transmission device that connects shafts through pin components, mainly divided into two categories: elastic pin type and rigid pin type. Its core function is to achieve efficient torque transmission while allowing for a certain degree of axial deviation.

The pin type coupling connects the half coupling of the driving shaft and the driven shaft through evenly distributed pin shafts around the circumference. When the driving shaft rotates, torque is transmitted to the driven shaft through the pin shaft. In the elastic pin coupling, elastic elements (such as rubber sleeves, nylon column pins, etc.) can absorb vibrations and compensate for certain axial, radial, and angular deviations.

Bushed pin type coupling

  1. Core component: Column pin made of nylon material (usually nylon 6)

  2. Technical standard: Complies with GB5014-85, nominal torque 160-160000N · m

  3. Compensation capability: radial 0.15-0.25mm, angular 0.5 °

  4. Features: Allow for significant axial movement, with buffering, shock absorption, and wear resistance properties

Elastic column pin toothed coupling

  2. Typical model: ZLL type with brake wheel structure, nominal torque 250-31500N · m

  3. Advantages: Self lubricating nylon column pin, easy maintenance, long service life
