Disc Membrane Couplings

The disc membrane coupling, as a high-precision transmission connection component, plays a key role in modern industrial equipment. It achieves torque transmission and deviation compensation between shaft systems through the elastic deformation of metal diaphragms, combining the high transmission accuracy of rigid couplings with the vibration absorption capacity of elastic couplings.

The disc membrane coupling adopts a multi-layer metal diaphragm laminated structure, usually made of high-strength stainless steel. Its core components include two wheels, a middle sleeve, and a precision assembled diaphragm group, which are pre tightened with high-strength bolts. The thickness of the film is usually controlled within the range of 0.2-1.5mm, and laser cutting technology is used to ensure geometric accuracy (flatness ≤ 0.02mm). During operation, the diaphragm assembly compensates for axial (± 2mm), radial (± 1mm), and angular (± 1 °) deviations through elastic deformation, while maintaining a torque transmission efficiency of over 99.8%.

3. Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature range -50 ℃~150 ℃, protection level up to IP67 (with sealed model)
   

4. Safety factor: The instantaneous overload capacity reaches 300% of the rated torque, and some models integrate torque limiting function
