JMIJ diaphragm coupling is a high-performance metal elastic element flexible coupling. JMIJ diaphragm coupling is composed of several sets of diaphragms (stainless steel thin plates) connected to the two halves of the coupling by bolts in a staggered manner. Each set of diaphragms is composed of several stacked pieces. The membrane is divided into connecting rod type and integral pieces of different shapes, which make the coupling have good elasticity and compensation ability.
The JMIJ Steel Laminae coupling compensates for the relative displacement of the two shafts connected by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. When there is relative displacement between the two axes, the diaphragm will undergo elastic deformation, thereby absorbing and transmitting torque while maintaining synchronous operation of the two axes.
No lubrication required: JMIJ Flexible diaphragm couplings do not require lubrication during operation, reducing maintenance costs and environmental pollution.
Compact structure: Its structural design is compact, small in size, light in weight, and easy to install and use.
High strength: The diaphragm made of stainless steel material has high strength and corrosion resistance, making the coupling have a longer service life.
No rotational clearance: JMIJ Laminated Membrane couplings have the characteristic of no rotational clearance, which improves the accuracy and stability of transmission.
Temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant: It is not affected by temperature and oil stains, and has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for shaft transmission in high-temperature, high-speed, and corrosive medium working conditions.
