The standard small Steel Laminae coupling is a high-performance metal elastic element flexible coupling.
Composition: The Shim Pack coupling is composed of several sets of diaphragms (stainless steel thin plates) connected to the two halves of the coupling in a staggered manner with bolts. Each set of diaphragms is composed of several stacked pieces, and the diaphragms are divided into connecting rod type and integral pieces of different shapes.
Design: It has a compact structure, high strength, long service life, and does not require lubrication or rotational clearance.
Compensation capability: The double diaphragm coupling compensates for the relative displacement of the two shafts connected by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm, including axial, radial, and angular displacements. Its angular displacement compensation capability is particularly outstanding, reaching twice that of traditional gear couplings.

Easy installation: simple structure, light weight, small size, easy to install and disassemble, no need to move the machine body for installation and disassembly.

When installing the double diaphragm coupling, ensure that the bolts are installed correctly and do not reverse or drop any small parts, including spring washers. Attention should also be paid to the direction of the membrane to ensure correct contact between the membrane and the buffer sleeve, and to avoid affecting the service life of the rivet assembly.
The double diaphragm coupling is maintenance free and requires minimal maintenance. It only needs to be checked regularly for its operating status.
