The hot-rolled H-beam main drive universal shaft adopts a cross axis heavy-duty structure, designed specifically to cope with high torque impact and continuous working load of the rolling mill, and has the following technical features:
Strengthen transmission components
Cross shaft assembly: forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, surface laser quenched (hardness HRC60-64), with a fatigue life exceeding 500000 cycles;
Fork head structure: The SWC type fork head is forged as a whole, with a 40% increase in impact resistance and a maximum torque bearing capacity of 3000kN · m;
Bearing system: tapered roller bearings+oil air lubrication, temperature resistance range -30 ℃~180 ℃, suitable for high temperature environment of hot rolling production line.
Dynamic compensation capability
Angular compensation: ± 10 ° (recommended ≤ 5 ° for heavy-duty conditions to extend service life);
Axial expansion and contraction: The spline sleeve design compensates for ± 25mm thermal deformation displacement;
Anti vibration design: G2.5 level dynamic balance, with an upper limit of 3500r/min.
