The cableway special universal coupling adopts a cross axis structure, which achieves 15 ° -25 ° large angle compensation and ± 5mm radial displacement adaptation between the two shafts through the precise fit of high-strength alloy steel cross axis and fork head.
Core Design
Heavy duty fork components: integral forged fork (SWC type) or split flange structure (SWP type), with a load-bearing capacity of over 1000kN · m, suitable for high torque transmission in cableway drive systems;
Impact resistant bearing system: using cylindrical roller bearings or tapered roller bearings, combined with triple labyrinth seals, to prevent dust and moisture from entering high mountain environments;
Expansion compensation module: Some models are equipped with spline expansion sleeves (such as SWC-WD type), which can absorb ± 20mm axial displacement caused by temperature differences during cableway operation.
