Drum shaped outer gear sleeve: a special spherical profile with a tooth tip curvature radius of 2.5-4m, processed by a seven axis CNC gear grinding machine, with a tooth surface roughness of Ra0.4 μ m. This design optimizes the distribution of contact stress by 50% compared to spur gear couplings, while maintaining over 90% of the effective contact area at maximum angular deflection.
Cross shaft assembly: Made of 18CrNiMo7-6 alloy steel forged as a whole, deeply carburized and quenched, with a surface hardness of HRC60-64 and a core hardness of HB320-350. The specially designed self-lubricating bearing system has a friction coefficient of ≤ 0.005 and a maintenance cycle of up to 15000 hours.
