Dual functional structure: It not only transmits torque through spherical rollers, but also bears radial loads (18-355kN) through the contact pair formed by the rollers and the outer shell
Automatic centering compensation: The unique spherical contact design can compensate for angular displacement of ≤ 1.5 °, radial deviation of ± 3mm, and axial displacement of ± 5mm between the output shaft of the reducer and the drum
Modular sealing system: equipped with double lip sealing rings and oil storage ring chambers to ensure that the lubricating grease does not leak and the rollers are in an oil bath working state for a long time
Structural Composition
Power transmission unit: spline coupling sleeve with spherical roller installation cavity and drum flange plate
Bearing unit: Spherical rollers distributed around the circumference (GCr15 bearing steel, hardness HRC60-64)
Auxiliary system: positioning limit plate, sealing plate, oil storage and lubrication chamber, and threaded disassembly hole
