The ML type plum blossom flexible coupling adopts a unique "metal elastomer" composite structure, consisting of two metal half couplings with convex teeth and a middle polyurethane elastic element. Its working principle is based on the elastic deformation compensation mechanism: when the driving shaft rotates, the torque is transmitted to the driven shaft through the metal convex teeth squeezing the elastic body; When there is relative displacement between the two axes, the plum blossom shaped elastic element absorbs axial (± 1.5mm), radial (0.2-0.5mm), and angular (1 ° -1.5 °) displacement through deformation.
