ML plum blossom coupling with expansion sleeve is an innovative design in the field of high torque transmission, combining plum blossom elastic buffering technology and expansion sleeve keyless connection as two core modules. Its structure is divided into three parts:
Bimetallic Claw Disk: Made of 45 # steel or aluminum alloy material, with 3-4 convex claws (corresponding to 6-8 elastic body engagement positions), and surface treated with quenching (HRC45-50).
Polyurethane elastomer: hardness range 92A-95A, oil and temperature resistance (-35 ℃~+80 ℃), built-in spiral groove design improves shock absorption efficiency by 30%.
Expansion sleeve component: a combination of conical sleeve and pressure ring, which achieves seamless locking of the shaft hole through hydraulic bolt radial pressure, suitable for shaft diameters of 19-110mm.
Zero backlash transmission
The expansion sleeve provides a coaxiality of 0.01mm, which increases the torque transmission efficiency by 18% compared to traditional keyway connections.
