The LX elastic pin coupling is a flexible coupling that uses nylon pin elastic elements and consists of the following core components:

1. Metal half coupling: made of cast iron HT20-40 or cast steel ZG35II material, with shaft holes machined according to GB3852-83 standard, including three forms: Y-shaped (round column hole), Z-shaped (tapered hole), and J-shaped (short cylindrical hole)
   

2. MC nylon column pin: transmits torque through cross-sectional shear, with a Shore hardness of HB70-95 and an elastic deformation capacity of 15-20%
   

3. Protective structure: fixed with baffle and bolt group to prevent column pins from falling off

1. Axial compensation ± 2.5mm, radial compensation 0.25mm, angular compensation 0.5 °
