Elastic element: High quality rubber tire body reinforced with nylon thread, internally vulcanized and bonded steel skeleton, combining metal structural strength and rubber elasticity.
Power transmission: Relying on the pre tightening force of bolts to generate frictional torque between the tire body and the flange end face, while absorbing impact through the shear deformation of the tire body.
Compensation capability: It can simultaneously compensate for radial (≤ 3mm), axial (± 2mm), and angular (≤ 1.5 °) offsets, especially suitable for common shaft misalignment conditions in metallurgical equipment.
