The internal spline cardan shaft is a composite mechanical component that integrates spline connection and universal joint transmission. Its core consists of three major modules:
Cross axis universal joint: forged from high-strength alloy steel (such as 42CrMo), multi angle torque transmission is achieved through precision machined bearing seats and needle roller bearings, with a typical swing angle range of 15 ° -45 °;
Internal spline sleeve: After carburizing and quenching+grinding processing, the tooth profile accuracy reaches level 6 of GB/T1144 standard, forming a precise meshing with the matching external spline with a gap of 0.05-0.15mm;
Expansion shaft component: adopting rectangular or involute spline design, allowing 50-200mm axial displacement compensation, and surface chrome plating treatment to improve wear resistance.
Power transmission mechanism: When the active shaft rotates, torque is transmitted through the articulated structure of the cross shaft to achieve angular deflection, while the axial sliding of the spline pair absorbs displacement deviation during equipment operation. The specially designed ball cage constant velocity universal joint can maintain the instantaneous angular velocity synchronization of the input and output shafts, with a speed fluctuation rate of<1%, suitable for precision transmission scenarios.
