GL type roller chain coupling is a flexible coupling that adopts double row roller chain meshing transmission, and achieves power transmission through a shared chain and two sprockets with the same number of teeth.
Core Features
Modular design: consisting of four parts: sprocket, chain, cover, and fasteners, supporting quick disassembly and assembly (without the need to move the connected shaft).
Compensation capability: It can compensate for axial displacement of 1.4-9.5mm, radial displacement of 0.19-1.27mm, and angular deviation ≤ 1 °.
Material and process: The sprocket is made of 45 # steel or ZG35II precision casting, and the chain is a 06B-40A standard roller chain. The surface is treated with high-frequency quenching.
Protective design: Comes with a detachable cover as standard to prevent chain detachment and reduce dust intrusion.
