1. Metal toothed structure: Two coupling halves with inner/outer teeth, made of 42CrMo alloy steel and treated with carburizing and quenching (tooth surface hardness HRC58-62)
   

2. Elastic buffer module: polyurethane or nylon elastic block embedded between teeth, Shore hardness A92-98, with a compression deformation of 15-20%
   

3. Connection system: High strength bolt assembly (grade 8.8 or 12.9) for axial fastening

Power transmission path: active shaft torque → external gear half coupling → elastic block compression deformation → internal gear half coupling → driven shaft. This design enables the coupling to effectively compensate for axial (± 1.5mm), radial (0.2-0.5mm), and angular (1 ° -1.5 °) deviations while transmitting torque (up to 28000N · m).
