The diaphragm coupling consists of a diaphragm assembly made up of multiple layers of stainless steel thin plates, high-strength bolts, and two halves of the coupling. Diaphragm is divided into two types: linkage type and integral type. Torque transmission is achieved through staggered bolt connections, and axial, radial, and angular deviations are compensated for by the elastic deformation of the metal diaphragm (with an angular displacement compensation capability of 1.5 °~2.5 °).
